The Beatles?

people may think The Beatles may not still be relevant anymore but I think it's pretty obvious they are. If it weren't for them I might not have ever started learning guitar. the thread goes like this:

Until The Beatles Rock Band was announced I was not at all interested in music video games. but that game got me sucked in. After getting good at the game I decided to get a real guitar and now I can play well enough to teach myself more advanced concepts not covered in the lessons I took last semester.

I know several people who don't know Beatles songs verses other bands and even more people who say that The Beatles have not mattered since the 70's all i can say is you people can suck it.

That my friend was a combination of Spanish and Latin. Lol. I could throw some Yiddish, German and Mandarin at you too, but at that point I'd be mostly winging it. I'm just starting Mandarin, and I only know phrases in Yiddish and German and mostly cursing at that

I suppose that wouldn't be too bad. All in all weather isn't too horrible around in Maine, at least we get the four seasons. I'm enjoying it for now. And who doesn't enjoy a little banter now and again?

True enough story! I fail to find a solid point to disagree with you at. That being said it's much colder out here though! And I know about the mountains. Trust me the east has nothing on the west coast. Hell I lived in the Trinity Alps for a good couple of years. I know what you mean about height.

Eesh. That most definitely sucks!

So are you local to UT or just there for school? Because that definitely doesn't sound like my cup of tea.
Sorry that you're sore from helping your buddy move, I will soon understand your pain again. I have to find a new place to live here shortly as my lease is up for my apt next month.
As for the snow, I don't mind it too much. I'm pretty used to it by now.
So what else is new?

So why is the local church involved with the community to such a degree? Regardless, don't let the lack of an amazing social life IRL get you down. We're pretty cool here. Heck I like more of the people on here most of the time then I do the ones I see. Has it stopped snowing yet? We got hit with a decent storm yesterday. I wasn't too happy.
