my eternal shame
So I can be a pretty rabid fan of things in the privacy of my own home, but I've always prided myself on remaining unmoved in the presence of celebrities. Even celebrities whom I really admire. I could be in a cramped room with Ewan McGregor, who happens to be one of the more perfect males on the planet, and I remain confident that I would successfully keep my lady-wood in my pants and my mouth shut. So it is to my everlasting shame that upon spotting the RVB booth at Anime Expo many years back and learning how the people manning it corresponded to the characters... I fangirled uncontrollably on Joel. I may have even uttered the words 'I love you.' I don't know, the memory is a little fuzzy. All I really have as proof is that everyone signed my 'it's not pink' shirt and the unending ribbing of my friends ever since. It's a good thing Burnie wasn't there or I might have passed out entirely.
