Yeah, when GE started their layoffs the whole city went to shit. While I was home last week I caught a glimpse of the classifieds during the week. The job section was only 1/8 of a page. I couldn't believe it.
I used to work at the facility in Erie as a contractor from 2006-2008. I was in Buildings 12, 14 and 6.
I grew up on the east side. I went to St Patricks, then we moved to girard when i started High School. do you get back there much i've only been home like 5 times in the last nine years...which is a shame.
