yet another post but Anime interest
Well right now I'm watching Castle of Cagliostro which is a pre-Ghibli Miyazki movie of Lupin the 3rd he also directed the first 2 seaons of the original show. Miyazaki's work is something close to the heart  though I've ignored his work for a couple of years because to me him and Ghibli are already dead cause they have lost the golden touch and Disney isn't going to rerelease a 2-disc Princess Mononoke so that killed my spirits for collecting the dvds. their movies convey one message that is sanctity of life and how you can't waste a minute of it. Nausicaa is probably the one the means the most to me cause I read the manga. First off Miyazaki had completely written the screenplay but the studio wouldn't produce it til he had a manga to support it thats just the way they did it back then so he wrote a manga for two years which grew to insane popularity rightfully so cause anyone, including me, who had read the manga would say it is the greatest manga ever written or at least all the reviews I found said so also the manga is very compressed with lots of words each page is like reading a novel with pictures it is a drama of epic scale anyone should read it contains many revolutionary ideas considering it was written in '80-'82. Miyazaki's movies are so good that heaven would be being able to sit and watch them all day with zero consequence i.e. not eating or sleeping or having to work. Some may wonder why I'm not playing ODST its because I don't find it worthy to interrupt my game playing though it is very remarkable and in my opinion better than Halo 3 but I don't find it as addictive as the other games I'm playing also I need to beat out a couple of other games.
