A song Dedicated to the memory of Ryan
this is my song for my friend ryan. if you do not know ryan he was tragicaly taken away from this world recently at the young age of 19. we had known each other since the fourth grade. we grew up together nad he became like a brother to me. but over the past year and a half he hit a hard point of his life and was in a lot of pain and suffering and it ended in him being killed. i love you ryan. i can't imagine all that you had to go through. but you are happy and health now in a better place. this is for you.

Taken Away But Not Forgotten

Going through life not knowing what to do.
Focused on myself and ignoring all that I had with you.
I think of the countless days when we were children,
Just being ourselves and thinking we were invincible.
Oh how I wish that I could live those times everyday.

But now those days are gone
And you are simply a memory.
Exsisting only in the thoughts of my mind.
Oh how you must have been hurting.
Crying without tears, to hide what was inside.
But know that pain is gone
And you are full of life once again.
You were taken away
But you will never be forgotten.

I can't imagine what you were going through
In your last days on this planet.

In your time of pain and agony.

But in the end it was for the best.

To all that did know Ryan and all the pain that he went through this is my gift to you. this is my way of escaping from this world and getting what i want to say out. he was a great man and he didn't desirve the pain he had to deal with. People be strong and don't dwel on the thoughts of him gone and don't think about what he was dealing with and his dealth. but i urge you to celebrate his life and what impact he made in your life no matter how small or large of a part of your life he ment to you. love him and remeber all the good times you had with him. he was the greatest man i have ever known. and i thank God every day for bringing me the give of Ryan into my life to have as a friend over the past 11 years. and you should be thankful as well. as long as we remeber what he was he has never left. he will always be in my heart and in my mind. be strong people and be there for any one in need. i love you all. And I will be with you one day Ryan and it will be like old times again.
