How times have changed. Remember the days when RvB was alive and thriving with awesome nerdiness? It was the inner network of all of the fun older people in my town, all my sisters friends, and a few of my own from around the world.
Yesterday I was having a conversation with someone about how some people, once they reach a certain age, are impossible to be friends with or talk to if they are younger to an extent. They reach the age where they no longer respect someone because they are nice or older. You can't tell if they're just embarrassed or really judging that person. We were talking of someone in particular but now that i think of it, really, I wonder if I am at that point. Websites like this and facebook and even youtube kinda freak me out not the age of internet innocence has proved itself nonexistent. I guess I just don't want to be messed with or creeped on.
Anyway, I just thought it was weird and kinda sad how people "disconnect" (punny!) as time passes. And how... thats really ok.
