Orb hunting
This rant demo has been brought to by Crackdown Orbs: Think of your own reason. After several failed attempts to reclaim Crackdown from my brother I thought i'd go back to the sequel. I could drive to him but it's a good 80km just for a game and he comes here to play football. Not soccer, but that local game with an oval ball, four posts at either end of the oval field where druggies and drunks are praised as gods while wearing singlets and tight shorts. A competition where it has become a watered down, corporate yawn fest that would- Wait, what was I talking about? Ahh yeah Crackdown. I thought i'd get back into Crackdown 2 to see what the DLC was about and knock off the remaining renegade orbs and races. Load game up and it asks for an update. Oh yeah, I reset the cache recently. Update and resume game. Wait why am I running so slow and can't jump. Oh, the skills have been reset, again. Same happened with the orginial, somehow the orbs and skills were reset but the progress remained unchanged. So back to the checklist and the map, there goes an afternoon or two. I want cheves, not recollecting orbs I already have found. Should be easier this time with the Toy Box DLC Thrusters. |
