Well.... Sorry I haven't been on lately, it sucks when you have to fire incompetant help and be short staffed at any place you could work at, spencer's gifts is no exception. 3 employees there decided to close the store earlier and steal things in their bags or purses every night. So now I am trying to find more help while trying to run a store with only 3 employees, 2 of them in college...
