Car on Fire
Today i have succesfully saved somebodys life by pulling them out of a car. Even though i'm in the Fire Brigade i still get an awsome feeling when i go in and rescue somebody from what may have been thier last few minutes of life.
Full Story-
I get a call about 6:00 in the morning saying that thier was a car on fire on a street called Gibbons court which was just round the back of my street. So i quickly get dressed and rush over, I get there before my fire crew did, when i got there i can see a car fully ablaze with what seems to be somebody still inside. With everybody crowding round(As people usally do without even lending a hand to help) I smash the back of the car window and with great difficulty, I pull the person to safety. 10 minutes later my crew arrives and puts out the fire. Luckily the woman of 25 years escaped with minor burns. And the car fire started as a result of her crashing in to a pole causing her car to catch on fire. But thanx to my quick thinking everything turned out O/K for the woman.
So there you have it my story of how i managed to save a life for the first time. and even though i'm only 16 i have fully done my firefighting course and am now a fully pledged fireman. And now to get back to my totally boring and random life.
