your call is importaint to us is a phrase we have all heardbut i got to hear it for about an hour and a half. While trying to apply for unemployment. They also threw at me once and a while Your estamated wait time will be 5 minutes ..... My ass it was. About ten minutes before i actually spoke to a real person the recording stoped. My thought was either the tape ran out or that is was just some kind of test. After a couple minuts though of dead air the recording started again, only this time it said please do not hang up or you will have to call and wait again ..... no shit. finaly i spoke to a human and got my unemployment. the lady told me that in oder to get benifits i need to call once a week and answer a couple questions. My thought was this is a pain in my ass, But then she told me i could also apply on-line so as not to need and wait all day on the phone again. Yes, Back in school and next week i will be able to eat agian yes.
