I find it funny how the managers I work with find it hard to believe I actually know anything about music.
My job is to find acts and book them. Yet when I do find something great to come play they won't let me write it in the diary, they say I must "Run it by them first". Yet this is my job, where is the trust and respect.
I've bought in shite loads of custom for them, countless gigs and Thousands upon thousands of pounds.
I've been here since april last year, I run the open mic, I run the music and bartend..yet still no respect?
Literally no respect, especially after everything i've done for them and i've been through in my life.

I think it's bullshite, luckily I have a truly great job lined up at the end of february, So they can go fuck them selves.
I just get used here.
So onto bigger and better things.
I'm hoping to get back to you guys soon, As soon as I get my new flat, i'll get back my xbox live gaming.
