Just remember, they give canned, pre-scripted, bullshit reasons because they have to give out thousands of them. Someone shuffling papers just stuck you in a 'no' pile because you probably look just like his girlfriend and he was mad at her that day or something. There's no objective rhyme or reason for these things. It's all a matter of whim. Never feel bad for not striking someone's whims.
