I am having a hell of time going back through to 100% all the missions. The problem I am finding on this certain level, playing as Altair in Masyaf, you are supposed to save all citizens under attack. I make it to the end of the level and it is still showing that I have not lost the 100% sync. I finish the mission following all the items needed to reach 100%. The mission ends and it returns me back to the dna sequence where it says that I failed to save all the citizens.
Maybe I'll give it a try tomorrow after some rest. I've watched a youtube video of somebody doing it, and I cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. It's upsetting because I have completed AC, ACII, and brotherhood all acheivements except the multiplayer because I started after it had been out for nearly a year. Plan of action: go to sleep and try again after some rest.
