The Gates of AQ!
 /greets you warmly!
How is everyone? I see that I have significantly less friends on my list. I can't really blame them...it has been awhile, hasn't it? Hmm..what is new...Oh! I am well on my way to finishing up my degree at UWF and yes..I still play WoW. Thus, the title for this journal entry. The opening of the Gates of AQ was quite astounding as Balanui has grown from a low level troll rogue into a lvl 57 badass and leader of her old guild. Screen shots shall follow! 
The Opening!
Followed by a brief server crash (of course) to which I re-entered the game, to find this!
Mass fighting then ensued...followed by mass fearing and mass bloodshed..mostly ours..*giggles*
Finally, I got to sneak into the actual new instances. You can not enter the instances if you are not in a raid group..and a certain level...Needless to say..I left quickly thereafter.
Our raid group then turned to fight one of the bosses. This boss was extremely hard as it does a massive "aoe" attack that hits for around 3000-4000 damage. Thus..we all fell down like bitches....repeatedly. Notice the pretty red dress I am now wearing? Yeah...everyone was dying so much we just put on crap clothes. On the plus side...everyone got to see "teh piddlepadde" in a pretty pink festive dress. He looked smashing! 
Soon though, reinforcements were stationed at Cenarion Hold. ^_^
The result of a a day long battle against the legions of darkness that we just HAD to unlock? Lots of dead bad guys..and lots of loot!
Anyway...sorry some of the pics are a bit off. I'm trying to post this rather quickly as I am late for my appointment with the beach! Oh...did you happen to see the wolf? That's right people! Balanui is exaulted with Orgimmar...that means she gets to ride a wolf instead of a raptor! *proud smile* Took me 30 lvls to get it..and lots of cash...I never want to see another runecloth bandage in my life.... 
If you'd like to stop by and say hey, I play on Greymane mostly. I also have a 41 priest and 32 hunter there, but Bala is my baby. I also play on Kul Tiras as a NE hunter "Ithaca," a pally named "Serennity", and a horde character I have yet to create :P Sorry alliance, horde still rules!
