Time for an update
Okay I know it's been awhile since I've posted one of these so I guess it's about time. Right now I'm working full time at the hotel I live at, but with the economy the way it is it might have to close if business doesn't pick up so I hope we get a good room count like we had last night for the next few weeks. If not I'll just take it as it goes so don't worry about me...I have good friends that offered to take me in until I get a new job and get set up so huge thanks to them for the offer and I hope I won't have to take them up on it. It's a pretty surreal time right now I have two friends getting married and have houses...it seems like yesterday my two friends (Nate and Lee) and I were hanging out at school with our other friends joking about talking about getting our own places. Now that time is here and hopefully if things pick up I can save up and get my own place. I'm really happy for my two friends and they will be my first weddings (I don't really count my sisters due to me not doing anything except sitting and watching) so I'm excited about that. I've gotten to see a few really good movies lately like G.I. Joe, Ponyo, and hopefully I'll get to see 9 soon. If you haven't seen any of those yet you should they are all great. I'm still single and will stay that way until I get my situation straight. Not the smartest move to bring someone into your life in a state of semi chaos. My brothers are graduated from high school and are now trying to sort out there plan, which they should have been doing already so I hope they hurry up and get things in motion for themselves. My dad is diabetic now so he's been getting used to all the new rules and is trying to get his stuff straight with the VA hospital for his hearing too but he's about done with that. He has to go back soon for another hearing test and if he needs any hearing aids they will schedule another appointment for the fitting for them. So as of right now it's just a one day at a time sort of thing and as you can see I'm still alive for those of you who have been wondering haha. I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe in this wacky economy we have right now so keep your head up everyone.
