AHP!
I'm building up a bit of a spare tire lately and I think it's time to diet. What kind of diet, you might ask? I'm thinking a Japanese diet. Miso, tofu, lots of fish, rice. Right now, I've been eating fast food and fried food. I just need to change my eating habits to more healthy stuff. Like for breakfast, I ate raisin bran with lite soy milk. =) mmm, soy milk! I am going to start snacking on fruits and vegetables and unsalted nuts. I think I can do this. Wish me luck!
