bow chicka bow wow
first of all: happy 2008!! :) a lot of things happened since my last entry... i got my driving licence and also my first car -> a 2001 jeep cherokee!! (the last series with the old design... i hate the new roundline shit they produce now). yes... it needs a lot of diesel but it is totaly worth it! the next thing is my gingerbread-blood-gulch-base-project. you can read about it here! (yes... it brought me my very own HBO news :D) two weeks ago i bought myself a new guitar! a ibanez iceman (ICHRG2)! it is a limited edition designed by the guy who did the old alien movies... obviously my little 15W marshall is not enough for such a great guitar, so i also got a PEAVY VK212... and this thing totally rocks!! too bad it broke because of unknown reasons so i have to wait at least 1 week until i get it back... i play a lot of different stuff on my iceman (metallica, white stripes, muse, serj tankian, ...) for a while. later i'll by thicker strings to do a drop C tuning and play system of a down songs (thats what i actually bought it for). then my strat (which is tuned down at the moment) will be tuned normal again.. last week another good thing happened: my roosterteeth order arrived! i finally got my very own calender for 2008, my comic book, my poster and a few tshirts. i was suprised by the good quality of the calender (but i should have known ;) ) well... it seems i have a lot of things to do... drive my car, play my guitar, read comics, ... but because my couch is so comfortable at the moment, i'll do some endorphin tutorials.... |
