Games- 2012 EditionJust a few of the titles I plan on playing this year. Some may spark some interest in you if you give them a look.
The original was a solid FPS, especially considering it's a licensed comic book game. The demo for this game was very solid. Dual-wielding firearms plus two Darkness arms equals four ways of dealing punishment.
I loved the original Darksiders. It blended elements of Zelda, Metroid, and God of War into a very colorful post-apocalpytic world with an alternative take on the book of Revelations. This game looks to take the framework, create a bigger world, and give you a lot of options in terms of customizing. That, and you play as freaking DEATH!

The first part was definitely a step in the right direction for this franchise. Sega promises to make this one play even more like the classic Genesis titles. That's all I need to know to be sold.
The original BioShock stands as testament that a FPS can tell an excellent story. The follow-up, while solid, was nowhere near as engrossing in that respect. This game is in the hands of the team that developed the original, which developed the cult classic System Shock 2. A new setting that is clearly rife with political dissent should make this a story worthy of the name BioShock.
There are other games I'm interested in, but holding off on until I know more about them- Halo 4, Assassin's Creed III, and BloodRayne: The Shroud. There are some games that I have played previous entries in the franchise of, but am not touching the newest release- Ninja Gaiden 3, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City, Resident Evil 6. In short, not a lot of titles announced this year that have my interest at this time. E3 usually brings out some big guns, so that may change.
