My First MMO Experience
I recently decided to try out Free Realms on my PS3, since it's well.... free, and I'm actually really enjoying it. It's great for wasting time while job hunting. I'd never played an MMO before, and I know this is probably like a "lite" equivalent of something like WOW, but it's actually pretty neat. I had avoided it because I didn't like the art style at first, but it's growing on me. The world is pretty cool, there's a lot of things to do, classes to experiment with, things to collect. And I actually like the people that play it so that's good. The music is pretty awesome in some areas too. I'll probably be playing for a while if any one is interested, add my on PSN. I broke down and decided to get the lifetime membership because it was ONLY $35 dollars and I felt I'd already played $35 worth of content, so I wanted to support the devs. If you're on the fence about the game, give it a shot. It's actually not too bad. I'm not the best authority on MMOs though, so keep that in mind. |
