ya know when you go back to strelok's hideout to meet doc? if you go through the corridor with the electro anomaly, then there are 3 bloodsuckers in different places than if you go the normal way, and you end up getting involved in a fight with it instead of gunning it down from the doorway they don't go through, because you didnt go anywhere near that door, then you get your backside mauled and blood all over the walls thats why i hate bloodsuckers
