I am an engineering student here at UCI. I like to hang out with my friends, but I want to know more people from around the world. I want to a part of the Internet community. XBOX is awesome!! But I am also a computer gamer, so I want to know more people so that I can play multiplayer better.

A light fades from the world.
I got a call last Friday morning, one of those calls you hope never to get, but knowing that you eventually do. My grandma passed away, and I just came back from the funeral. She leaves behind 7 children and more than 10 grandchildren. Even some great-grandchildren.
She was the core of our family, and it's hard to imagine life without her. But after seeing our family come together again, seeing every one of my loved ones grieve and remember this woman who gave so much of herself to us, I'm at peace. Because I know that her legacy lives on in all of us. The values and motivations she instilled in us will not disappear.
Still, I will miss her.
Thanks for listening. And thanks, Grandma. For being with us so long, and loving us the way you did.
