Better...for now. So yea, I now I have a Pioneer Premier CD player. I only had to pay $25 for it, and it, so far, has been both good and bad. I had to uncap and unwire the CD harness from my DVD/CD player, and connect it to this one. So that wasn't so bad, except I did it after work last night, and that was about 3:30 a.m. So I had hooked it up, but not put it in place, just to make sure it worked, and low and behold, it did. So, as happy as I was, I decided to mount it in place, just so I could admire my new CD player, and revel in my handiwork (It's the first time I've done it, so I was pretty happy.) After I did that, I noticed I put it in upside-down (it was about 4 in the morning by this time), and it was not powering on. And my interior car lights did not work. So I just gave up. Until this morning, when I vowed to not even drive my car until I figured out what was wrong. I checked the fuses in my car, and found, that, as I had suspected, the interior lights fuse was no longer good. I checked the radio one, just to be on the safe side, but it still looked fine. So I was looking around my car for the one or two extra I knew I still had, but I couldn't find them for the life of me. I was disappointed. Thoroughly disappointed. Then, as luck would have it, I remembered the safety power chord that was connected to my other CD player, and how it had a fuse in it, one that I had just replaced, too. Luckily, it was still good. I could at least get the interior lights to work, if not the CD player. But, for some reason, the two are connected.
Long story short....I HAZ MAH CD PLAYRE BAK!!!
