I'm a student; about to finish up my two-year General Studies degree. I plan to work on my Business Administration degree once I save up the money. I'm a Christian and proud of it. I go on mission trips as often as I can, and have been to several different countries to work and loved every minute of it. Crêpes ahoy!
So I just got back from another mission trip to Haiti. I spent half the time in Gonaives and half in Port-au-Prince. While in Port-au-Prince I came across an awesome restaurant called Epi d'Or. Someone in the group we were working with had been there before and recommended the crêpes. I don't usually take recommendations in restaurants but I'm glad I listened this time. Their crêpes had ham, peppers, onions, a white cheese that I'm pretty sure was mozzarella, and some kind of pepper sauce. Delicious! Anyway, if you're ever in Port-au-Prince, check the place out.
