21 year-old female from Santa Barbara, CA FUCK I know I fail at gaming (especially first shooters), but I'm a chick. I hate to admit it, but there are few kickass girl gamers--and the majority of those are hermits who play 24/7 in their parents' basement. But at least pointing my gun at the sky and spinning around in circles amuses me. For the record, if you try to stratagize with me in Halo, I will troll your ass out of XBL. It's a game, for crying out loud. I don't need to hear your prepubescent voice saying shit like, "Form a CodeRed formation so that group Alpha can obtain base. Strat3452, men." You just sound queer.

Star Wars, cosplay dreams, & other shit. Well, hello again, RTers. It's been such a long long long time since I've updated, I know. It's kind of hard when you have a countless number of useless journals and blogs that sit completely stagnant. It's been such a long time since I've been a sponsor too. Oh how I miss the perks of sponsordom. Yet, I can't justify buying another six months until I'm caught up with the videos. I'm so very far behind... Anyway, let's start with the basics: I have finally entered the highest status of nerdiness a girl can accomplish. No, I haven't worn Princess Leia's slave costume, but close enough. I've become a Star Wars fanatic. Terrible, isn't it? I've actually reached the point where I'm reading the books (Rebel Dawn & Darth Bane), I'm practically fluent in half of the kriffing slang and terminology (you scruffy looking nerfhearder), and I'll admit that I've joined a SW roleplay or two (..or three). Through all this, I'll have to say that I'm a little bit jaded by the whole JEDI VERSUS SITH thing. I feel like the non-force sensitive characters are extremely underdeveloped and, alas, my favorite characters. So if anyone wants to get me a cardboard cutout of Solo or a Fett hoodie for my birthday, I would be eternally grateful. P.S. Sith > Jedi. On a completely unrelated yet just as nerdy note, I've taken up the art of cosplaying. It's an extremely time consuming, expensive, and frustrating hobby. Yet, the payoff is satisfying. I mean, who wouldn't want to be treated like a star with an entourage, fans, and even paparazzi. Okay, I'll admit, that last one can get pretty annoying. So what makes this so appealing to me? No fucking clue.
